Chris graduated from Brock University with a Physical Education degree. He graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College for Massage Therapy. Chris is also a fully certified Active Release Techniques provider and has additional training in Neuromuscular Techniques and Laser Therapy. He’s happily married with 5 children. Chris has been practicing in the Niagara Region since 1999.

Dr. Jenna Macfarlane BA (Hons) Kin, D.C., CMA


Dr. Jenna Macfarlane completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western University before achieving her Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She is also certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University as well as a variety of treatment techniques.

Jenna has practiced in British Columbia and across Ontario prior to returning to the Niagara Region and joining the team at Lincoln In Touch. She has many years of clinical experience across a variety of clinical settings. Jenna is very fortunate to have practiced Chiropractic in a hospital setting; she has worked at Toronto Western Hospital as the Staff Chiropractor for the Function and Pain Program and has conducted Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Regional Evaluation Centre assessments with an Orthopaedic Surgeon. For many years, she has provided chiropractic clinical consulting services as a Clinical Expert for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

Jenna is very involved with the chiropractic profession. Over the years she has volunteered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario as a Peer Assessor, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board. She is very interested in interdisciplinary collaboration. Jenna has also been involved with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Inter-Professional Spine and Education Clinics as an Advanced Practice Provider for the low back program.

Dr. Macfarlane practices evidence based diversified chiropractic with a strong focus on quality patient care and education. She does her best to put patients at ease and make them comfortable. Jenna customizes treatment plans to the specific needs of the individual patient. As a former varsity rower, she has developed a keen interest in sports related injuries. However, she is confident in treating a wide range of conditions and is proficient with many technique treatment systems. She encourages Chiropractic Care for all demographics if appropriate. Jenna has a high level of commitment to the field of health care and helping people and she attempts to do so in the most honest way with the purest intentions. She is completely patient centered in her philosophy and approach to health care and in meeting patient needs.

Sarah Feddema RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2010, and has completed all necessary board certified examinations required by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Sarah began her career as an RMT at The Inn on the Twenty Spa, her love for treatment based therapy encouraged her to become self employed and rent space at a wellness centre in Grimsby. As Sarah’s clientele grew, she decided to transition over to Lincoln In Touch to continue her career working in the Vineland community and surrounding area.

Sarah has since expanded career in training for several different techniques in her years of practice. They include fascial manipulation, integrative manual therapy, kinesiology taping, foot reflexology, scar tissue release, and pain management. Sarah also has training in the use of essential oils and she will incorporate them into your therapeutic treatments.

As a professional, Sarah is looking forward to treating and preventing your discomforts with a treatment plan that suits your personal needs.

Melissa Violette RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Melissa is a recent graduate of the Ontario College of Health & Technology Massage Therapy program. She is passionate about the benefits of massage therapy and helping to promote the body’s natural ability to heal and repair.

She uses traditional Swedish massage techniques as well as fascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and joint mobilizations to reduce pain, increase range of motion and promote relaxation. She has also taken additional training in Soft Tissue Release and is currently enrolled in the McMaster Medical Acupuncture program. 

Melissa is skilled at providing stress-relieving massage to treat chronic tension, pain and orthopedic injuries. She loves to discuss treatment options to get you feeling your best as soon as possible. 

When she isn’t treating patients you can find Melissa travelling the world, attending concerts and music festivals or spending time with friends and family. She also loves to work with students at community outreaches for her former college. 

What is the training to become a Massage Therapist?

Massage Therapists must complete a 2200 hour course at an accredited Massage College, and pass provincial examinations by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

All Registered Massage Therapists have been issued a photo ID card with their registration number on it. You have the right to view this card in order to be sure your therapist is registered.

Massage Therapists are also required to participate in continuing education.
