What to Expect on Your First Visit
On your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form which will help your therapist develop your assessment and treatment plan.
Massage Therapy should take place in an atmosphere of safety and confidence. You may be asked to undress for therapy but only to your comfort level. Your comfort and welfare are respected at all times. You will be covered at all times except for the area that the therapist is working on.
Meet the Therapists
Chris graduated from Brock University with a Physical Education degree. He graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College for Massage Therapy. Chris is also a fully certified Active Release Techniques provider and has additional training in Neuromuscular Techniques and Laser Therapy.
Dr. Jenna Macfarlane
Dr. Jenna Macfarlane completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western University in London before achieving her Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Sarah began her studies at Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2008. She became registered under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2010. She does deep tissue and relaxation treatments and is also a certified reflexologist.
